Megan Raines
I am a creative leader, furniture designer, and product development specialist with more than 10+ years of experience in e-commerce, creating trend-forward furniture, home décor, and lifestyle products for some of the world's largest retail brands. My career has been built at the intersection of design, merchandising, product development, and visual storytelling, translating consumer insights and emerging trends into commercially successful products that resonate with customers.
Throughout my career, I have led the development of furniture collections for major retailers, including Walmart, Amazon, Target, and Wayfair, managing every stage of the product lifecycle from concept and trend forecasting through sourcing, sampling, costing, and launch. I have experience developing private brand collections, identifying market opportunities, and collaborating with global manufacturing partners across Vietnam, Malaysia, and China to bring innovative products to life while maintaining quality, value, and design integrity.
Most recently, as Senior Prop Manager at Eko, I built and scaled the prop styling and creative operations function from the ground up for a high-volume creative production studio. Leading creative execution across furniture, home décor, and lifestyle categories has further strengthened my ability to connect product design with brand storytelling, customer experience, and operational excellence.
My background is unique because it combines furniture design, merchandising strategy, product development, creative direction, and large-scale operational leadership. Whether developing a furniture collection, refining an assortment strategy, or building systems that enable creative teams to perform at their best, I am passionate about creating products and experiences that are both beautiful and accessible.
